Emerald Isle Nightlife
Well given the population and reputation as a “family beach” its probably not hard to figure out nightlife in Emerald Isle is limited. That said, our few choices are all great places to spend the evening eating, drinking, or listening to live music. The summer months mark the best time to enjoy the Emerald Isle nightlife. The crowds of people you’ll see out and about are quite diverse. Folks of all ages will be happily mingling amongst one another.
The winter months can be both a blessing and a curse. On one hand you have these places pretty much to yourself and on the other it does get too quiet at times. But no matter how you look at it the nightlife in Emerald Isle is always a fantastic opportunity to get out on the town. The bartenders are always fun and friendly. So don’t be a homebody while you’re here, get out and have a good time!
The closest place when you first arrive in Emerald Isle will probably be Paddy’s Pub. It’s a typical Irish style pub. Pool tables, darts, and occasionally live music. It’s a very friendly place and they make it easy to feel right at home.

Now if you want to hang out with friends, listen to live music (almost every weekend), and be in a smoke free establishment check out the Emerald Club. This place sees a lot of action and has live beach music almost weekly in the summer.

And of course who could forget Ballyhoos? This place is a lot of fun. Its modern decor, good food, and fun friendly staff make it a fabulous place to spend the evening with friends. They also have live music from time to time.
